INDICTMENT

THE GRAND JURY CHARGES THAT:

A. Prior to June 25, 2017, the defendant, RICKY L. HAMPTON, had been convicted

as follows:

1. In Shelby County, Tennessee of Aggravated Robbery, in criminal case CR-

08-04177 in 2010.

2. In Shelby County, Tennessee of Aggravated Robbery, in criminal case CR-

08-04179 in 2010.

B. The crime set forth in paragraph A above was punishable by a term of

imprisonment exceeding one year.

On or about June 25, 2017, in the Eastern District of Arkansas, the defendant,

RICKY L. HAMPTON,
aka FINESE 2 TYMES, or
FINESE TWOTYMES

did knowingly possess a firearm in and affecting commerce, to wit, a Century Arms, model RAS

47, 7.62 caliber pistol, bearing serial number RAS47P004220.

All in violation of Title 18, United States Code, 922(g)(l ).

FORFEITURE ALLEGATION 1

Upon conviction of Count 1 of this Indictment, the defendant RICKY HAMPTON, shall

forfeit to the United States, under Title 18, United States Code, Section 924(d), and Title 28,

United States Code, Section 2461(c), all firearms and ammunition involved in the commission of

the offense.
