INSTRUCTIONS FOR FILLING THE ONLINE STUDENT REGISTRATION FORM

Step 1:

Go to the IAPT website (www.iapt.org.in).The home page of the website appears as


shown below:

Step 2:

Click on the link - FOR REGISTRATION OF PRMO CLICK HERE , you will be directed
to the following page:

Step 3:

a. Click on the Link - Center Login .

b. Enter the Username and Password


received on the registered Email ID.
Kindly Note: The Login Credentials
(Username and Password) cannot be
changed.

c. Once you log-in, the Instiution / Centre details that was entered during center
registration will be displayed along with the Centre Code. Editing of details provided
during registration is NOT permitted. If any changes are required, kindly send an
email to iaptprmo2017@gmail.com using your registered Email ID.

d. To enter the Student details, click on the link Student Registration Entry on the left
of the screen. The link will take you to the page shown below.

i.Enter the Student Name.


ii.Gender.
iii.Class / Standard.
iv. School Name ( School where the Student is actually studying)
v. Place & Pincode (of the school where the Student is actually studying)
vi. Date of Birth of the Student (DD/MM/YYYY).
vii. Residential address of the Student.
viii.City, State , District, Pincode.(pertaining to Students residential
address)
ix. Mobile No & E-Mail of the student.

Click on Add button to save the student details. To edit the student details, select
the name of the student from the Grid to open the form with the student details.
Click on Edit button,after making changes, if any.To Delete a particular students
details (if any), select the name of the student from the Grid and click on Delete
button.

The GRID will show the full list of students in the order of the entry of the students
details. The name of the student whose data has been entered most recently will
appear topmost. The counter below the grid will show the total number of students
whose details have been entered. To download the details of all students that have
been entered, in MS Excel format, click Export button.
Note: The student data entered cannot be changed once the hall
tickets are generated. All future communications and certificates will
be issued with the data entered on this portal.

e. Click on SBI Collect online payment Gateway link on the left of the screen, to open the
payment portal in a different window as shown below. Select the checkbox to accpt the
terms and conditions and click on Proceed Button.

f. Select Payment Category as Examination Fees - PRMO

g. Enter the relevenat details as shown below:

h. Once the details are entered and submitted, an acknowledgement will be generated
by the Bank with a payment reference ID / Acknowledgement No.
i. Click on Fee Payment Details Entry , to open the Student Payment summary, as
shown below:

I. The Screen will display the Total No.of Students you have registered

II. Enter the payment Date, Bank Acknowledgement Number, Total No. of
Students Enrolled and Amount paid accurately .

Note:

A) Fee must be paid for ALL the students you have enrolled for IAPT PRMO 2017. The
center must ensure that there is NO difference in the total number of students
enrolled and the amount received from the center.

B) Ensure that the total amount paid to the Bank is accurately entered in the form.

C) Final Enrollment list will be generated only after the reconciliation of the Payment.

IMPORTANT

1. Registration of students will be open from 20 June 2017 to 25 July 2017.

2. The IAPT PRMO 2017 Examination will be conducted only in Kendriya


Vidyalayas and Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayas
