INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS GROUP WENZHOU CO,LTD, China linked to invoice
number # G17HHL3008 with B/L. EGLV143784702721 are all for our own
consumption. These spares are used for our existing two machines imported
from the same machinery supplier as mentioned below.

We also imported the same kind of SPARES from CHINA from the same supplier
on invoice number # G13HAL03013 with B/L. NXAC2324740 (dated 3rd Nov
2014) with Bill of Entry dated 26Nov2014 BE
no/Dt./cc/Typ:7501212/26112014/N/H from Chennai port.

ANNEXURE I


Brief description of machinery imported

a) ONE- METER WIDTH TEAR AWAY NON-WOVEN MACHINE

This machine produces Embroidery Backing Paper Non-woven Paper
with product width of ONE METER.


b) TWO- METER WIDTH TEAR AWAY NON-WOVEN MACHINE

This machine produces Embroidery Backing Paper Non-woven Paper
with product width of TWO METER.

SIMPLE WORK FLOW FOR BOTH MACHINES



NYLON NET :

As seen above the NYLON NET used after WEB is formed from CARDING
SECTION. This NET actually transfers the WEB from Carding section to BINDING
SECTION.

ONE METER MACHINE uses NYLON net of width 1.25 meter

TWO METER MACHINE uses NYLON net of width 2.25 meter


FINISHING ROLLER CLOTH

AS seen in above picture after the WEB dipped to binding solution the
FINISHING ROLLER SQUEEZES out the web to pass to DRYING SECTION.

The finishing roller is covered with FINISHING ROLLER COLTH
ONE METER MACHINES USED FINISHING roller of width 1.05m
TWO METER MACHINE uses FINISHING ROLLER of width 1.5 meter
 FLAT STRIPES with IRON FRMAE of 1m & 2m
MACHINE

The FLAT stripes each in the carding machines are used

The FLAT STRIE length of around 1.1m (ONE METER MACHINE)

The FLAT STRIE length of around 1.55m (TWO METER MACHINE)




FLAT TOPS for CARDING of 1m &2m MACHINE

FLATS are used in the CARDING MACHINE
There are total of 105 FLAT STRIPES used in each of the carding machine. So we
has ordered for FLAT TOPS (ONLY TOPS with NO IRON FRAME) 110 numbers
each for 1m and 2m width machines.


CUTTING BLADE

Used in 2m machine for cutting the EMBRODIEYR BACKING PAPER in to two
parts to get two rolls as shown in the above picture
 GEAR BOX for 1m machine

You can see the above GEAR BOX used for GSM adjustment in both of the
machine

 WIRE FOR CYLINDER CARDING MACHINE

We have CARDING machine which has LARGE CYLINDER in the centre as shown
on the picture.
Both our machines have worn out carding cylinder wires so we had ordered for
wire rolls as shown in the baove picture for chaning the same






 . FLAT cleaning brush for 1m & 2m machine

This brush is used to clean the FLATS that is placed above the CYLINDER of the
CARDING MACHINE.

WIDTH of the FLAT BRUSH for 1 m machine = 1.1m
WIDTH of the FLAT BRUSH for 2 m machine = 1.5m
