Manager, The Karnataka Bank Ltd., Main Branch, Gandhiji Road, Erode do hereby
solemnly affirm and sincerely state as follows:-

a) I am working as Branch Manager of the plaintiff bank and I am well acquainted with
the facts of the case.

b) I have filed a suit against this respondent/1st respondent and obtained decree. I have
taken execution proceedings against the respondent/1st respondent to recover the
decree amount with subsequent interest and cost.

c) The respondent/1st respondent having immovable properties worth more then

Rs.2,00,000/- each. The respondent/1st respondent having sufficient money in hand to
pay the decree amount in one payment. If this Honble court may be ordered notice to
the respondent/1st respondent under order 21 Rule 37 of CPC, the respondent/1st
respondent paid the decree amount failing which arrest them Under Sec 51 and 55 of
CPC and committed to Civil Prison and realizing the amount.

d) It is therefore just and necessary that this Honble court may be pleased to pass an
order to TRANSMIT the decree to the file of District Munsif of Perundurai according
to Section 39 of Civil Procedure code and render justice.
