These days, there is an ongoing debate between people about impact of TV on

children. While it is possible to claim that it has bad effect on kids, my

view is that the advantages outweigh the disadvantages. In this essay, I
shall explain my point of view by analysing both sides of the argument.

Firstly, there are several reasons why watching TV is good for children. One of
them is that enhancing their learning abilities. It can also be argued that it
consumes a lot of time. It should also be taken into account that TV is watched
only during the leisure time and the children are learning something good even
when they are enjoying their pastime.

Secondly, those who argue that TV has a bad influence on kids have a different
view and say that it can actually be a bad thing. It is claimed that TV
reduces outdoor and physical leisure activities. Then, there are concerns
about TV affecting the childrens studies.

Finally, while there are strong arguments on both sides of the case, my
personal opinion is that TV is a good learning medium for kids if used
within the limits and supervised by the adults. I would strongly
recommend that TV has a good impact on the children.
