PROCEDURE

The applying clients are required to open escrow either with the J&K Escrow Services or a major bank in order
meet criterion to be considered and invited to participate in our exclusive trade platform. This is a performing
well documented trade platform that can document momentous returns.

Once qualifications have been met, full disclosure will be provided to qualified eligible persons to include the
Trade Platform’s licensing and regulatory registrations and its traders’ historical performance and a contract.

1. Client must qualify and establish their ability to participate in the platform. To qualify principals
must move money to escrow with a major bank or commercial escrow service.

1. Once accepted, client receives a formal invitation and agreements from the trade platform.

2. Complete and return the applicable agreements and disclosures to the trade platform.

Non-Negotiable Trade Platform Terms:

1. Trade Platform Minimum: Five Hundred Thousand US Dollars ($500,000.00).

2. Trade Platform Accepts: $ US Dollars, € Euro Dollars; Qualified U.S. Treasury; bonds, notes and
T-bills. Cash investments can be notionalized to up 10 times.
3. 40 Week Principal Commitment; profits are paid monthly.

Brokers: Transparent Trade Platform only works with principals; brokers must register their client and fee
arrangements with J&K Escrow and Paymaster Services ( contact information item No. 1 above). The law
firm may prepare paymaster agreements to protect the broker compensation; this must be completed prior
to the broker introducing the clients to Transparent Trade Platform.
