NOTIFICATION
The 18th Convocation will be held tentatively in the month of August, 2017.
All the regular Post-Graduate candidates i.e. M.A., M.Com, M.Sc., M.Tech, LLM.,M.Pharmacy MCA & M.B.A
only who passed out in the years 2014, 2015 and 2016 are eligible to apply for Convocation either in person or in
absentia ( if applied in person more than available seats in the Auditorium, allowing in person will be reviewed at a
later date). However all M.Phil/PhD candidates are eligible to apply for convocation in person upto end of June 2017.
However the candidates who are passed out before 2014 are also eligible to apply for convocation inabsentia only on
payment of penal fee as per the respective passed out year. All undergraduate students of
BA/B.Sc./B.Com/B.Ed./B.Pharmacy, B.Tech, LLB both regular candidates and as well as Distance Mode shall apply for
Convocation in absentia only.

All candidates who are eligible for Degree Certificates have to apply through online by visiting website
www.skuniversity.ac.in

Sri Krishnadevaraya University college regular students who are awarded Gold Medals may attend
convocation in person by downloading Admit cards. The list of Gold Medals for the years 2014, 2015 and 2016 will
be displayed shortly in the website. They have to upload Colour photo and signature

The last date to apply for Convocation on or before 20-7-2017

Instructions:-
1. Minimum fee Rs.650/-+15/- Rs.665/-
2. Later fee for every candidates who have passed out in the year 2013 onwards will Rs.1000+Rs.665. Before 2013
passed out candidates for each convocation additional Rs.150/- is fixed.
3. For All the Degrees obtained through Distance Education fee is fixed at Rs.2515/- (Rs.2500/- + Rs.15/-) for Normal
Admission and Rs.3515/- (Rs.3500/- + Rs.15/-) for Lateral Entry irrespective of the passed out year.
3. All Convocation fee through online only (SBI Collect).
4. All eligible candidates have to apply online by uploading color photo, signature. But take a print out copy of online
application by enclosing all kinds of certificates as mentioned in application.
5. If any students requires under process letter can download accordingly.

PROCEDURE TO APPLY
1. In the first step the candidates shall make payment through online using SBI Collect.
To know how much fee prescribed basing the year of passing, click on the link Convocation Fee
2. 24hrs after making payment OTP will be sent to your mobile.
On receiving OTP you can visit website and register by entering required details.
3. After registration, Login using Username and Password to start filling and submitting online application
form.

Instructions to the candidates

1. After filling and submitting the application, the candidates are requested to take printout of duly filled
application and sent it by post by writing address and particulars on the cover:

2. Please enclose all relevant certificates as mentioned in the application.
3. Self addressed cover affixing Rs.50/- worth stamps for receiving Degree Certificates after convocation.
If self addressed not enclosed, the Degree Certificate shall be sent to the Principals of the College
where candidate last studied.
4. For all candidates who opted for Degree in person are requested to visit website for updates
information i.e. to download admit cards to attend for convocation
5. The candidates can accompany their parents to attend convocation those opted for in person.
