INTRODUCTION

Purpose
Empower the Democratic Platform through the Engagement of Ethnic Immigrants.

Above all, Democrats are the party of inclusion We are proud of our heritage
as a nation of immigrants.

1.1 PURPOSE OF PROJECT MANAGEMENT PLAN


The project management plan is purposed to help guide the intended audience for
planning of the Democratic National Committee and National Democratic Ethnic
Coordinating Council Summit for HOPE; Joint National, State and local
democratic clubs, all its project stakeholders including the project sponsors, senior
leadership and the National Democratic Ethnic Coordinating Council PROJECT
STEERING COMMITTEE.

Vision
The Democratic National Committee and National Democratic Ethnic Coordinating
Council Summit for HOPE will enlighten their audiences by displaying a beautiful
narrative of Ethnic American history and culture though Music, Technology and
the Arts. Its mission to explore the Democratic Message through innovation with
Media, Art and Technology will draw over 10,000 participants in attendance. This
six-event series will make the Democratic culture accessible to an American
Audience and to younger populations of students and young professionals in
America.

Mission
The Democratic National Committee and National Democratic Ethnic Coordinating
Council Summit for HOPE will be the first of its kind. This Democratic Joint
Event will organize more than 100 national, state and local democratic
organizations, while expanding the Democratic platform through business outreach
opportunities through cultural music and arts worldwide. This Cultural Program
will highlight the innovation of Ethnic-American Music, Technology and Art.
Democratic National Committee and National Democratic Ethnic Coordinating
Council Summit for HOPE extends to benefit Democratic partners and GOTV
missions that represent Ethnic-American immigrants, refugees; and to assist in
promoting democratic leaders to run for office.

PROPOSED EVENTS FOR NATIONAL DEMOCRATIC ETHNIC


COORDINATNG COUNCIL AT THE HISTORIC BEVERLY HILTON HOTEL

I. Democratic National Committee Advancement for Change Luncheon


Beverly Hills, California. Upgrading the Democratic Mission DNC 2.0
with Guest Speakers DNC Chairman Tom Perez and Deputy Chairman
Representative Keith Ellison. Remarks by Mayor Eric Garcetti and
Representative Debbie Wasserman Shultz. Facilitated by Co-conveners
Maureen Pikarski, Meto Koloski and John McCarthy. Unveiling of the
Democratic National Committee DNC 2.0 Logo.

II. Musical Concert An Evening with Katy Perry: Hosted by John


McCarthy, Elvir Klempic and Mykesha A. Robinson. World-renowned
Music Artist like Katy Perry, Pharrell Williams, Lady Gaga, Beyonce,
Black Lives Matter, Rachael Platten, Usher and Verbal and Icarus.
Performs with American Composers and Celebrities at the exclusive Grand
Hilton Ballroom.

III. Cyber & SecurityExploring The Media and The 2016 Election:
Hosted by Ali Chalupa. A Panel of Cyber Security Experts and the media
explore the indifference of Cyber Security and the hacking of the DNC in
the 2016 election. How to identify fake news and conquer this epidemic.

IV. The DNC 2.0 Hope for A Partnership Conference: Hosted by Conrad
Nowak Esq., Tanya Domi, Tome Keefe and David Simas. The DNC 2.0
Hope Partnership conference will include over 100 Democratic Clubs and
organizations across this nation to explore diversity, partnership building
and collaborative efforts to secure Democratic seats for the 2018 Elections.
Democratic Roundtable K2.0 of Leaders: Roundtable includes Black Lives
Matters and other Diaspora Organizations. This includes a Q&A Session.

V. Feature Film Screening: The Story of Democracy begins before dusk, at


the Academy for Motion Pictures Arts and Sciences. A Red Carpet event,
featuring A-list Celebrity Actors, Actresses and filmmakers. Media present.
Q & A Filmakers Panel to follow the screening.

VI. Arts Exhibit 2.0: Hosted by Meto Koloski. Democratic Voices and
Political Artwork! Explore innovative political artwork and enjoy
Macedonian Wine and Cheese Tasting. Commissioned Artwork Exhibit by
various local artist and the Los Angeles County Museum of Arts
(LACMA). LACMA is the largest art museum in the western United
States, with a collection that includes nearly 130,000 objects dating from
antiquity to the present, encompassing the geographic world and nearly the
entire history of art.

1.2 ASSUMPTIONS/CONSTRAINTS
The proposal details the Event Production and Management for the Democratic
National Committee and National Democratic Ethnic Coordinating Council
Summit for HOPE in Los Angeles during the month of November 2017.

SCOPE OF EVENT MANAGEMENT


The Scope of Event Management is for the Democratic National Committee and
National Democratic Ethnic Coordinating Council Summit for HOPE. This scope
of Event Management is not inclusive of fundraising services and/or developing
capital through World Music Commission Event partners. Fundraising and
Marketing Campaigns are available and recommended to develop capital for
productions and events. World Music Commission maintains confidentiality of
clients; intellectual property and confidential project plans.
1.3 WORK BREAKDOWN STRUCTURE
World Music Commission will complete work for the Democratic National
Committee and National Democratic Ethnic Coordinating Council Summit for
HOPE for Event Planning at the location of its choosing which may include:
Office, Theaters, Performing Arts Center, Music Studio, Colleges and Universities
and by phone and email. The Democratic National Committee, National
Democratic Ethnic Coordinating Council and The World Music Commission will
approve any independently contracted workers, volunteers, contributing partners
and sponsors.
1.4 DEPLOYMENT PLAN
A deployment plan will begin by meeting with the Democratic National Committee
and the ETHNIC COORDINATING COUNCIL Project Steering Committee
Team. The World Music Commission will conduct assessments, develop monthly
operations reports, memorandums of understandings and develop partnerships for
the event.
1.5 CHANGE CONTROL OR MANAGEMENT
Changes to the project will need to be approved by both the Democratic National
Committee and the World Music Commission to deal with the potential impact of
the scheduled production.

SCHEDULE/TIME MANAGEMENT
The Project Event Manager will be responsible for ensuring that the project
schedule is updated with the latest information and never more than five business
days out of date for variances on Estimated Completion Dates.
