We are pleased to place an order for the supply of following materials subject to Terms & Conditons
as communicated.
Material supplied must conform to approved specifications /samples.
P.O.No. & Item Code must appear on invoice without which supply will not be accepted.
Road Permit, if applicable, must accompany all supplies to avoid any penalty from Sales Tax
Department. Any penalty or fine imposed due to non-compliance of set guidelines or errors in
completion of from shall have to be dealt and paid to Sales Tax Department directly by the vendor.
Original Invoice must be sent to registered office by Courier and duplicate copy of the invoice for
Transporter.
Materials rejected by the Company shall be taken back by the suppliers within 7 days from the date
of intimation otherwise demurage will be charged @ 5/ kg per day and Company will not be responsible
for the materials.
On non-receipt of material within a week from delivery date mentioned in PO, rights shall be reserved
with the buyer whether to accept or reject the material.
