Template for uploading Equity Holding and Transactions

PURPOSE
If you have been maintaining your equity transactions and / or equity holdings in Excel files and want to upload
the same to your equity account created in Perfios, use this template.
Please read the instructions, fill up the subsequent sheets with data, save the file. Login to Perfios, click on
Upload Data to Perfios under Tools section. Choose the second option and upload this file.

INSTRUCTIONS
1 Do not delete or rename any worksheet. Do not add any new worksheet or change the order of the worksheets.
2 Fill up holdings worksheet only if you want to update your current holdings.
3 Fill up transactions worksheet only if you want to upload your transactions.
4 Other than inserting holding or transaction data rows, do not add any new row or delete any existing row of the worksheets.
5 Updating the template is best done by copy-pasting columns from your existing worksheet(s). In case of discrepancies, the cell(s)
will be flagged red. Click such cells to fix and continue. You can upload the file only when there are no more red flags.

 Equity - Current Holdings

INSTRUCTIONS
1 Fill up this worksheet only if you want to upload your current holdings.
2 Other than inserting holdings, do not add any new row or delete any existing row.
3 Read the comments on the table header before proceeding.
After updating the sheet with your data, Click on the button below to check for errors.
4 In case of discrepancies, the cell(s) will be flagged red. Click on such cells to fix.
You can upload the file only when there are no more red flags.
5 Do not leave any blank row between your data rows. All rows after the first blank row will be ignored.

 Equity Transactions

INSTRUCTIONS

5 Updating the template is best done by copy-pasting columns from your existing worksheet(s).
6 After updating the sheet with your data, Click on the button below to check for errors.
In case of discrepancies, the cell(s) will be flagged red. Click on such cells to fix.
You can upload the file only when there are no more red flags.

7 Do not leave any blank row between your data rows. All rows after the first blank row will be ignored.
