 OVERVIEW
FDT Incubator is a developmental program by Financial Data Tech-
nologies, Ltd. (FDT), a global fin-tech company that aims to upset
the way people break into the finance industry.

By seamlessly connecting students all across the world to financial

markets through our free-to-use trading platforms, we're making a
once-exclusive lane drivable for all.

Led and directed by Ma Weihua (), former CEO of China Mer-

chants Bank from 1999 to 2013, FDT brings an experienced team of
fund managers, traders, mobile internet veterans, data scientists,
and system architects together to build sophisticated trading plat-
forms, from which anyone can learn first-hand how to trade various
financial markets at zero cost, zero risk.
GLOBAL ACADEMY
Tomorrow is in the hands of today's youth, and that's exactly who were aiming to
serve with FDT Incubator. Our foothold in global top-tier academic institutions is
strong and continues to gain every day. Since inception we've worked with over
150,000 students from (US) Stanford, Columbia, UPenn, (UK) Oxford, Cambridge,
LSE, (CN) Peking, Tsinghua, (IN) IIM-A, XLRI, (HK) HKU, HKUST, and (TW) National
Taiwan University.

PHILANTHROPY
Philanthropy is a staple of our work. In October 2014, we donated the Oxford-Nie
Financial Big Data Laboratory (University of Oxford), which generates research to
inform how financial firms should manage and make the best use of big data.

Additionally, we've made sizable donations to many major universities in China to

help in their quest to deliver a first-class financial education to an ever-growing,
ambitious student body.

TRADE TOGETHER, STAY TOGETHER
FDT Investment Club (FDTIC) is the offline, on-campus
support system purposed for and sponsored by FDT In-
cubator. It is the tribal community through which all
aspiring finance moguls prepare and empower one an-
other in one of the toughest spaces known to man.
FINANCIAL EDUCATION
BY REAL-WORLD APPLICATION
Most on-campus, student-run invest-
ment clubs deal more in theory than in
application. FDTIC members, however,
learn by doing that is, by trading
first-hand on FDT's trading platforms,
all of which utilize real-time market
data in their core systems to make for
an exciting, authentic trading experi-
ence.
Outstanding traders may switch over to
live accounts to trade on with the seed
capital we provide. FDTIC members
also have access to in-depth trading
and behavioral analysis reports, which
can be reflected upon to improve trad-
ing skills and leveraged to supplement
CVs when hunting for jobs in the indus-
try.
TALENT SCOUTING
METHODOLOGY
We believe passionately in the spirit of competition to unearth promis-
ing traders and investors. Through FDTIC, we run free-to-enter con-
tests on our trading systems for big cash prizes. In 2015 alone, we've
awarded more than $150,000 to top FDTIC performers globally. We'll
continue to award those deserving, to keep optimizing our quest to
find and train global financial talents through FDT Incubator.
