Business Process Automation Home

The objective of this exercise is to automate any internal business process (BP) that is currently manual in ORS or OOS, as far as possible.

This space is for all such processes and their details with progress. The calendar for meetings, discussions; the project planner; and all
information in the form of inputs received from each dept./ business vertical will be part of this space.

This home page lists the process that will be used for automating any BP, the steps and the workflow. Also, the bucket list of BPs which are
part of this exercise and the progress chart of where we are currently on the processes that we have started with is listed under the Bucket
List. The calendar will show the meetings/ scheduled discussions that are part of this exercise.

Further, every business vertical/ dept. has its own page with meeting notes, uploaded attachments and project plans. These are listed under
the Page Tree on the left pane. All meeting notes can be found here, with the name of the department, name of the process, date,
attendees, meeting minutes and action items. All the uploads/ attachments like process details or any data related to the processes being
automated can be found under File Lists here. These are organised by the department name and process that they belong to (for e.g., all
attachments belonging to finance dept.'s commission process will be under Finance | Commission | File List).
