Key Deliverables:-

1. Branding & Networking-


Area coverage through Dealer recruitment / replacement.
Planning & execution of BTL activities like Competitive Demos, Product Launches & Sales
Promotion.
Ensure adherence to Sales processes, policies & Marketing tools at all Networks (Dealerships
etc).

2. Fund Management & Commercials-


Build relationship with local Bankers and Liasioning with the Banks for Retail Finance, as per
Bank norms.
Ensure increase dealer fund through selling extended service & warranty package.

3. Training-
Ensuring skill development of dealer manpower and provide required learning s by identifying
their areas of improvement through timely review.

4. Team Management-
Ensure dealer adherence to all documentation and procedural system.
Promoting positive vibrancy between the dealer manpower and motivation team.

5. Business Intelligence (marketing & product)-


Ensure sales plan for the assigned area is the line with annual plan for vehicle volumes by
closely working with the front end staff of dealers.
Continuously monitor and improve customer satisfaction experience on the sales process.
Ensure brand guidelines and ethos are followed across all sales team.
Collate and analyse feedback on new/existing products from sales channels and customers.
Ensure continuous training programs to enhance capability of frontline sales staff across all
sales outlets.
Implement and monitor the retail level rides initiative & customer meets in the assigned region.
