REZUMAT

Problema polurii mediului marin reprezint una din problemele majore cu care se
confrunt att companiile de transport maritim naval ct i companiile constructoare de
echipamente navale, antierele navale, institutele de proiectri. Cu toate c impactul asupra
mediului marin n cazul navelor cargo este mult mai mic, comparativ cu cel al navelor
petroliere sau nave ce transport produse chimice, n ultimi ani se manifest tendina,
restricionrii din punctul de vedere al prevenirii polurii i n cazul acestor tipuri de nave. n
acest context, o abordare complex a fenomenului polurii , n cazul transportului de mrfuri
cu navele cargou presupune tratarea att a problemelor tehnice, ct i implementarea unor
proceduri specifice de exploatare, care s confere sigurana marin att n mar ct i n
staionare.
Capitolul trei face o scurt analiz a mijloacelor de tratare a apei de balast analizndu-
se principalele metode de separare precum: metoda de separare n cmp gravitaional, metoda
de separare n cmp gravi-centrifugal, metoda de separare prin aerare, metoda centrifugal,
metoda aglomerrii pe talere, filtrare, laminare.
Separatorul de santin preia apa i o trateaz, descrcnd-o n mare cu o concentraie
de hidrocarburi sub 15 ppm. Echipamentul de separare poate funciona automat, dar se
recomand operarea manual sau semiautomat a acestuia, pentru o siguran sporit.
Aleg pentru modernizarea instalaiei de santin un separator de tip Turbolo TSP, avnd
un debit de 5 m3/h, la o presiune de 0,25 MPa.
n aceast lucrare am ncercat s prezint mai puin cauzele polurii cu hidrocarburi i
am pus accent pe metodele de combatere i pe procesul de separaie n sine. Pentru simularea
procesului de separare m-am folosit de complexitatea programului Ansys i anume Ansys-
Fluent pentru curgerea fluidelor. Cu ajutorul acestui CFD am pus accent pe separarea
gravitaional pe baza greutii specifice. Cu ajutorul acestui program am reuit s creez o
mic serie de animaii concludente i reprezentative. Am reprezentat variia vitezei, variaia
densitii, turbulena energiei cinetice i separarea celor dou faze: hidrocarbur i ap.
ABSTRACT

The problem of pollution of the marine environment is one of the major problems
faced by shipping companies as well as shipbuilding companies, shipyards, design institutes.
Although the impact on the marine environment of cargo vessels is much lower than that of
oil tankers or chemical carriers, in recent years there has been a trend towards a restriction on
pollution prevention, and for these types of ships. In this context, a complex approach to the
phenomenon of pollution, in the case of freight transport by cargo vessels, involves the
handling of both technical problems and the implementation of specific operating procedures
that provide marine safety both in march and stationary.
Chapter Three provides a brief analysis of ballast water treatment methods by
analyzing the main separation methods such as gravity separation method, centrifugal field
separation method, aeration separation method, centrifugal method, agglomeration method On
trays, filtering, rolling.
The bilge separator takes over water and treats it, releasing it to the sea with a
hydrocarbon concentration below 15 ppm. Separation equipment can work automatically, but
manual or semi-automatic operation is recommended for increased safety.
I chose to upgrade the bilge installation to a Turbolo TSP type separator with a flow rate of 5
m3 / h at a pressure of 0.25 MPa.
In this paper I have tried to present less the causes of hydrocarbon pollution and have
emphasized the methods of control and the separation process itself. To simulate the
separation process I used the complexity of Ansys program, namely Ansys-Fluent for flowing
fluids. With this CFD, we have put emphasis on gravity separation based on the specific
gravity. With this program I managed to create a small series of convincing and representative
animations. We represented variation in velocity, density variation, kinetic energy turbulence,
and separation of the two phases: hydrocarbon and water.
