OPERATION INSTRUCTION
1. Establishing Hose Connection

together ( refer to Figure 2 ).

INSTALLING BATTERY
The unit uses a 9V ( 6F22, or equivalent) battery as power supply.

To Install Battery :
1. Remove the battery cover.
2. Connect the battery to the connector and place into battery
compartment.

3. Reinstall the battery cover.
4. Using the Unit
Turn on the unit with the power switch, the unit sounds a beep
and the power lamp lights. Keep the water level below the level
line indicator, then raise the end of the long hose slowly until the
unit gives continuous sound. It means that the water level
reaches the height of the level line indicator, make a mark at the
water level position ( see Figure 5 ).
If the water level is above the level line indicator, the unit will give
discontinuous sound ( see Figure 6 ).
If the water level is below the level line indicator, the unit will not
sound ( see Figure 4 ).

Tip : The longer the long hose, the easier the measurement.
Note : Make sure that the hose is not knotted and kinked. The unit sounds discontinuously.

NOTE
1. After the unit is turned on, it sounds a beep every 35 seconds
prompting that it is working.
2. When the light of the power lamp is dim or the beep sound is low
you should replace the battery.
3. The unit is not waterproof. Don't let water go into it, otherwise it
will be disabled until it gets dry.
