Arya is a Telugu action romantic comedy film which was released on 7 May 2004.

The film was directed by

debutant Sukumar with Allu Arjun in the main lead. Upon release, the film was declared a Blockbuster. It was remade into Oriya
as Pagala Premi with Sabyasachi Mishra and Arpita Pal, in Tamil as Kutty and Bengali (Bangladesh) as Badha. The film was
dubbed in Malayalam under the same title and in Hindi as Arya Ki Prem Pratigya. An unrelated sequel titled Arya 2 was
released in 2009.
