Conducted daily 3-Amigo meeting which is similar to the popular JAD sessions and included the 3
Amigos (at least one RA, one Developer and one Tester unless a UI card was discussed in which
an UI developer was required to estimate on a Fibonacci number point system), a Requirements
Lead and one or two BAOs.
During daily 3-Amigo meeting, cards were estimated by Testers and Developers on a Fibonacci
number point system (for example, 1 2 3 5 8 13 21 34). When a card was estimated at 13 points,
per the team, the card was required to be broken down into two stories and resend back to
analysis to be rewritten.
Trained new analysts that joined the team and testers who were converting to analysts to assist
with story writing.
Lead meetings, attended meetings and chatted with fellow team members on IBMs Sametime
software.
Utilized SnagIt software to convert images created by UE designers and placed them within user
stories written within RRC software.
Utilized Nationwides custom-made software entitled Taskboard as an online board to track and
