    Corpus Fund Rs.2,00,000/- (payable before taking possession of the Villa)

    Caution Deposit (Non-Refundable) Rs. 20,000/- for Service Provider (Non-Refundable)

    Rs. 30,000/-. This amount shall be returned after deducting the charges towards Incidental
    Caution Deposit (Refundable)
    charges like Electricity, Water, Debris removal etc., incurred during interior works.

    a) Service Tax @ 4.5% (Subject to change as per the rules/laws from time to time and payable
    along with each installment as mentioned in payment schedule).
    Applicable Taxes b) VAT @ 1.25% (Subject to change as per the rules/laws from time to time and payable at the
    time of registration).
    C) TDS and other levies if any shall be borne by the customer as and when the demand raised

    Registration Charges Registration charges - As per rules / laws prevailing at the time of registration

    a) Booking Advance - 20% of the Unit Value.


    b) Balance payment as per schedule by way of Self Funding or Bank Loan.
    c) Registration after receipt of 100% payment.
    Payment Schedule
    d) A/c Payee Cheques/DDs/Pay Orders to be drawn in favour of "Aparna Constructions and
    Estates Private Limited".
    e) Bank Charges for realization of out station cheques and cheque return charges will be
    recovered from the purchaser's account.
