Government partnership will expand access to Academy Medicals product portfolio within the
Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Department of Defense (DoD), and Indian Health Services
(IHS) for patients and clinicians.

veteran-owned small business, announced a government partnership with Brain Sentinel to exclusively
provide seizure monitoring and alerting systems in to Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Department
of Defense (DoD), and Indian Health Services (IHS) medical treatment facilities. The alliance with Brain
Sentinel, maker of the SPEAC System, clears the path to provide VA, DoD and IHS facilities access to
the first FDA-cleared non-EEG, physiological, signal-based system for seizure monitoring.
