Reducancy in drilling equipment may be considered to maintain


basting / mining requiements, do we know whats the optimum level
for the tonnes were after. Assesment
Included in Haulage Operations or is this different? Civil contract for

Personnel / Company Clashes, IR issues? Check for definitions on


mining, production, operation, and align into contracts carefully to
avoid IR issues- Segregate workers? Blast at night mine during day?

mobile?) Can we use excavator onsite?,

What Evacuation Plans are requried, Fire, Cyclone, when & who
initiates- are there any others required, Animals, Crocs, Cattle,
sandstorms, floods,
Driver change or hot change for 12 hrs?
Is Truck repair Maintenance included
What happens if there is too much ore available - are stand by rates in
play
Is watering requried constantly on the Haul Road, are these drivers
vehicles considered

Is there any open public road encountered, are there any implications
road worthyness Call in obligations requriements for this?
Spare parts maintenance under same haulage contractor or sub con.
If sub con, can we call on off or is FT requried
Buy, lease contract out port loading facilities- when does this need to
be finalised- Date

What plan is in place from Crane downtime, appears to be main


equipment of the operation- Redundancy
