Abstract: This is a web based tool, used to keep track of Accounts and Services Matrix.
In this tool each Service Unit Focal/SPOC has access to set of services through that, the
service details for all accounts are captured. Similarly each Account Focal/SPOC has
access to a particular Account or Set of Accounts through that, the service details for all
services are obtained. Hence the obtained data by the focal/SPOCs is further pulled as
report for reconciliation by the upper level management.
