colleague network and one of the largest LGBTI networks in the UK. The network offers
support and advice services for mentoring and career development as Theyll as hosting
social networking events with members from across Tesco Group and other
organisations.
Womewn in Business: They want to make a positive contribution towards Tesco Bank
being a great place to work and want to inspire Their members to be the best they can
be. The Women in Business network provides opportunities to explore personal
development and to share experiences with other colleagues. Members learn from
peoples experiences, both internal and external to the bank and use different formats
and styles to maximise support and learning opportunities. Their network is a social
network as Theyll as professional who promote equality in the workplace.
Multicultural Network: They are a diverse organisation with many different ethnic
backgrounds and therefore want to support Their multicultural colleagues. They promote
cultural awareness within Their organisation with Their colleagues help and insight.
Their Multicultural network has been formed to bring together different cultures within
Tesco Bank. It is a joint network where Tesco Asian and Tesco ABC (African, Black and
Caribbean) networks have been combined to create a Multicultural network. The network
aims to raise awareness within the bank of the different cultures and ethnic backgrounds
of Their colleagues.
