INSTRUCTIONS TO STUDENTS
1) a. IIIE Examinations will be held from 2nd to 10th FEBRUARY and AUGUST every
year instead of January and July.

b. Application should reach us on or before the specified date. Last date of receipt of
application for February examination is 1st December and that for
August Examination is 1st June. Application received late by 10 days may be
accepted subject to payment of late fee of Rs.300/-..
2) Hall tickets will be sent to the students along with full address of the centre allotted
15 days before the first day of the Examination. Students who do not receive the
Hall Tickets 7 days before the date of commencement of the Examination should
immediately contact the Institution, quoting their Membership Number.
The Institution will not be responsible for loss or delay in postal transit.
If the Hall Ticket not received because of postal delay, kindly show your Identity
Card to the Chief Examination Supdt. with a written request to allow you to
appear for the examination.

3) Hall Tickets in select centres - Faridabad, Gurgaon, Nagpur, Nasik, Lucknow,


Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, Coimbatore, Hosur, Chennai and Agra - can be
collected from The Chief Examination Supdt. from 5 days before (confirm your No.
and Centre from the Centre Allotment List - this list will be displayed on our web
site before 10 days of exam) of the first day of the examination by showing your
Identity Card.

4) Students must intimate correct/present address on Page No. 1 & 2 for sending mark
sheet/hall ticket. Institution will not be responsible for non receipt of mark sheet / hall
ticket.

The Examination may not be held at a Centre if adequate number of students have
not registered for the Examination at that Centre. Students are advised to opt three
alternative centres from the List of Centres in the prospectus / Journal of the relevent
period.
6)
Only student members who do not owe any dues to the Institution are eligible to
appear for the Examination. The application of those who have arrears of
subscription or any other dues will be rejected.

Examination Fee:
Preliminary per Paper - Rs.300/-
Section - A per Paper - Rs.400/-
Section - B per Paper - Rs.500/-
Processing Fee per application - Rs.100/-

The Examination fee once paid is neither refundable not transferable.
