I provided academic support to students with IEPs in the general education classroom in 1 st
and 2 nd grade and academic, physical, and social/emotional support on a one -on-one basis
to a 1 st grade student with Cerebral Palsy (CP).
Modified lessons to meet the needs of students with IEPs and physical activities to meet the needs of my
student with CP
Facilitated whole class Daily 5 and math centers in the 1st grade classroom
Assessed students progress in literacy using the Fountas & Pinnells Benchmark Assessment Systems, placed

Consulted with PT and OT staff from SASED on how to best meet the needs of my student with CP
