AFFIDAVIT OF QUITCLAIM

AND WAIVER OF RIGHTS

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

We, Ferlin Y. Hontanosas, of legal age, Filipino, married and

a resident of Perth Australia; Eddie I. Yap, of legal age, Filipino,
single and a resident of Poblacion, Don Carlos Bukidnon; Marichu
Y. Santiago, of legal age, Filipino, married and a resident of 181
Perseus St., Terry Hills Subd., Bulua, Cagayan de Oro City; Xavier
I. Yap, of legal age, Filipino, married and a resident of Millwater,
Silverdale, Auckland, New Zealand; Marilou Y. Enguio, of legal age,
Filipino, married and a resident of Poblacion, Don Carlos Bukidnon;
Marites Y. Pasco, of legal age, Filipino, married and a resident of
4206 Lynhurst Road, Dundalle, Maryland, United States of
America; and Marlon I. Yap, of legal age, Filipino, married and a
resident of Primavera Condominium, Upper Carmen, Cagayan de
Oro City; all with permanent residence at Poblacion, Don Carlos,
Bukidnon, after being duly sworn to in accordance with law, hereby
depose and state as follows:

1. We and our sister, Imelda Y. Quizo, of legal age, Filipino,

married, and a resident of Valencia Bukidnon, are the
heirs of our late father, Felix R. Yap;

2. Our father, Felix R. Yap, was the owner of a certain

parcel of land particularly described as LOT NO. 2225,
PLS-98 EXT, MSE NO. 101315-1170, Containing an area
of 597 square meters and situated in North Poblacion,
Maramag, Bukidnon;

3. We, the heirs of Felix R. Yap, do hereby waive,

renounce, quitclaim and cede ownership as well as any
and all other rights, interest and participation
whatsoever over the above-mentioned parcel of land in
favor of our co-heir, Imelda Y. Quizo and her husband,
Edwin J. Quizo, their heirs, successors and assigns now
and in perpetuity; and

4. As such, we affirm, recognize and/or grant full power and

authority, in its absolute and uncontrolled discretion, to
Imelda Y. Quizo and Edwin J. Quizo, to own, possess,
improve, sell, lease, mortgage and exercise all other acts
of strict dominion over the said property as absolute
owners thereof;
