Notes

2. Heater fouling factor will be subjected for approval.
3. Heater outlet temp vary from 55 deg C to 75 deg C.
4. Vendor to provide all controls and instrumentation for operation of system.
5. Expected Nozzle Connections are :
Heater Inlet - 6"
Heater Outlet - 6"
6. Two unit shall be supplied, one working and one stand by. Both unit shall be on skid.
7. Max pressure drop in shell is 0.5 bar.
8. MOC : SAE 516 Gr 60
9. Baffled heater to be considered.
10. Flamproof encloser to be considered.
11. Certificate : ATEX Directive 94/9/EC
12. Minimum weather proof protection IP67.
13. Epoxy primer with two coats after sand blasting at inside and outside of heater shell.
14. Area Classification Class I, Div 2 Gr D, T3.
15. A. Tanker unloading temperature range in/out is 25 to 55 deg C. Heat load for unloading mode is 340 KW.
B. Tanker circulation temperature range in/out is 55 to 75 deg C. Heat load for unloading mode is 227 KW.
C. Heater will be operated either for unloading or circulation at a time.
