1. Using the case analysis method, audience are expected to learn how to apply the pertinent laws
relating to banking system in different situations that may arise during their own transaction with the banks.
2. An analytical essay will be submitted by the audience, identifying the liabilities of BPI or any banks
in case of breach of contract, or system error that may cause damages to depositors.

As part of LPU Lex mission, this activity will promote social justice, build a just and humane society
and to develop the legal minds of all LPU stakeholders.

After the BPI incident and frauds relating to bank transactions, LPU stakeholders will be proactive
and vigilant on their future bank transactions by learning the basic concept of banking laws.
