Write down atleast 4 to 5 pages of a comprehensive development and strategic plan for next 30 years of
Pakistan:

The welfare state is a set of government programs aimed at ensuring citizens welfare in the face of the
contingencies of life in modern, individualized, industrialized society. All welfare states provide direct
state assistance to the poor in cash (e.g., social assistance) and in kind (e.g., housing and social services),
as well as social insurance against the financial consequences of certain biological risks (illness,
incapacity to work, childbirth, child-rearing, old age) and occupational risks (unemployment, accident, or
injury).

substantial efforts are made to reduce socioeconomic inequalities in primary income distribution through
secondary redistribution, that is, government spending on social programs funded by progressive income
taxation together with tax expenditures (tax deductions for social-insurance or charity contributions, as

Social security benefit:

Social security benefit would provided to the people, give allowances to the women which are widows,
they face no difficulty, allowances to the people who are old, in which they easily spend their life without
face any difficulty,
Disabled people:

They must care about the people who are disabled and provide allowances to that people.Provide a good
environment to that people in which they spend their live easily engaged in activites which are
interestable for them. Provide quality education to that person, give a separate quota to that person .
Medical allowances given to that person in which they face no difficulty.

Unemployment Allowances

Allowances for people who are unemployed , and provide funding opportunity to them , in which they
start their own business . To create an enabling environment for the realization of a fulfilling life by
supporting social and economic growth; to advocate for emergency relief and response in times of
disaster; to engage communities in the effort to rebuild their lives in the post disaster scenario, and
through this they can also give opportunity to people who are unemployed, through this they can also help
the people who are poor and unemployed.

Basic needs:

To engage and mobilize local communities in building sustainable means of livelihood, social
infrastructure and improved access to safe drinking water, sanitation, health care and education.core
values of integrity, equity, transparency, accountability and a deep sense of self-help that inspires
communities to work together for collective social action to change lives for the better.Improve the
quality of life for the unreached and underserved communities by ensuring access to basic services.

Education:

While private schools provide quality education to the children of the elite, the poor have no access to
education or struggle through poorly funded government schools. The same story is repeated in health
services. The development sectors priorities are skewed towards the elite through investment in projects
that cater to them, such as motorways and ring roads. As a leader we must improved education and health
system because poor people doesnot afford private hospital and education system and they face a lot of
trouble in government sector because of poor management, we must screening in these sector and
improve the system through quality service, clean environment. Where customer come and satisfy from
the service, and also get continuously feed back from the people who use these services in case of any
complain we must take a action on management of government education and health care system.
Equal distribution of Wealth:

We must finish the gap between rich and poor .concentration of wealth in few hands are strickly
prohibited . equal distribution of wealth among all community. Due to this circulation of wealth the
demand and purchasing power of poor people are better, because poor people have right in the wealth of
rich people, which islam also said zakkat must provided to the people who are capable of taking zakkat.

Corruption:

Corruption is so much in all level of government sector, in any government sector all people can do work
for their own benefit, so by this all government sector were poorly operated, in all sector including
education, railway, industries, etc. So we hire people that can properly maintain check and balance on
every sector, where so much corrupt people can damages these sector, we can check sector where too
much staff is hired, through this we hope that all corruption is finish and industries properly work,
employment oppurtunites come to the people who are capable for the job not to the people who cant
deserved.

Justice system

As a leader we must improve a justice system of Pakistan, because people faces a lot of trouble especially
a people who are poor. We improve court system, because today decision of court is too late , we can
make a time limit in which court finish the case, today reference in the court system is on top, where poor
people cant take their right, due to no referene, we improve the system in which poor people rights are not
damaged, they can easily get justice from the court. We make a law which is equal for rich and poor ,
both of them must follow, if law was exploited, so their was a huge punish for people who violated a law.

Taxation system:

Today the taxation system of Pakistan is so poor, in which poor people can pay all tax on the things which
they use, and people who are rich , who cant pay interest because of their strong source of referencing and
power.As a leader we can finish the corruption in taxation system and finish the referencing, and made a
percentage of tax system according to extent of income, fixed tax is assigned on the income in which rich
people are bounded to pay tax, otherwise strick action is taken. Referencing system was completely
finished in the taxation system, and all tax which we collect are invested in long term project for long
term benefit which are beneficial for country.
Improvement in rular area:

Rular area people face a lot of difficulty, due to lack of poor infrastructure, lack of education system, lack
of health care system, these people can get education and come to cities, because in some areas there is
no hospital and education, and in case of emergency they can can face a lot of trouble to come to city
because of poor road, so as a leader we can make schools, hospital in area which are so backward , so by
this their all basic need are fulfil from their own area, not go to city to fulfil basic needs.

Loadshading:

There are so many areas in Pakistan where people face a lot of difficulties, due to load shading. Their life
is totally cover with complexity, in winter and summer, all time people face a loadshading of electricity
and gas, Their lot of work is bound with loadshading. As a leader we totally focus on new plants , from
which loadshading is so much reduced, poor people can do their work, because there are so many poor
people who are totally dependent on electricity just like taylor, through this source of income they can run
a house, so as a leader we can go for this project, and come with alternative , outcome, in which
loadshading was totally finish.

Promotion of Talent:

There are so many people which are very talented but they donot provide a chance to show their talent,
they cant provide opportunity to explore their talent, so as a leader we can provide opportunity to people
in any field, to show their talent. We can provide a platform to these people and provide coaching facility
to upgrade their talent, provide funding , in which they compete with the people who are abroad, and can
easily get return from their talent, complete training program is provided to that people.

Reduce crime:

The crime ratio of Pakistan is increases day by day, in every city there are people who are part of crime,
which put a bad effect on country, so as a leader we can strickly order to every police station to screening
a people who are involved in different type of crime, carry those people and give a strick punishment to
that people. We can get final report from all police station on monthly basis, if they cant managed this,
they should be suspend from job, because now in every city drug was sale, gambling, theft, bribery is too
much. This crime ratio is reduced when there is full check and balance on police department how they
work, if they work with sincerity so crime was rapidly finished. We can make appropriate law on people,
which use and sale drug, which are doing crime, if anyone involve in this criminal activity so they are
facing punishment, now a days if anyone crime they use their sources and without punishment they again
involve in criminal activities because they know their is no formal punishment. So there is strick
punishment assign for this type of people and also they give a huge fine for doing wrong thing.
