Taskbar: The taskbar is a movable, concealable icon bar that is set on the very edge of the graphical
user interface (GUI) desktop and serves as a launching pad for applications as well as a holder for
icons indicating running programs.

We can modify or change computer date and time as follows:
Start control panel clock, language and region date and time set the time and date
change date and time Ok

the down arrow in the screen saver section Click on the desired screen saver>Save Changes.
20. Set screen resolution: Right Click on empty space on windows desktop Personalize Display Click on
the Change display settings Change Resolution Ok Keep Changes.
21. Modify date &time: Start Button Control Panel Clock, Language, and Region Date and Time
Change date and time Ok.
22. Remove/Uninstall Program: Start Button Control Panel Under Program section click Uninstall a
program Select Program Click uninstall/change program.
23. Restart windows: Start Button>Arrow to the right side of Shutdown> Restart.
24. Customizing the Desktop background wallpaper picture: Right Click on empty space on windows
desktop Personalize Desktop Background Click on the desired picture Save Changes.
25. Turn on Windows Aero Desktop: Right Click on empty space on windows desktop Personalize
Click on the desired Aero Themes Save Changes.

26. Maximizing Windows: Click on the middle of the three icons of an active window, when the
window is not fully occupied the screen.
27. Restoring Windows: Click on the middle of the three icons of an active window, when the window
is fully occupied the screen.
28. Minimizing Window: Click on the first of the three icons of an active window.
29. Closing Window: Click on the third of the three icons of an active window.
