The position will be responsible for:

The Maintenance Supervisor is a vital component of our comoanys day-to-day operations and will
ensure necessary repairs and preventive maintenance throughout entire properties. Ideal candidates are
expected to maintain a high level of quality customer service and professionalism. Essential duties and
responsibilities include the following but are not necessarily limited to:

Manage a staff of maintenance technicians and their job duties.

Participate in all types of maintenance projects/activities
Follow up with government agencies for NOC/clearance and safety certificates
Ensures company property adheres to Civil Defence requirements.
Trace and arrange correction of minor appliance failures.
To supervise repairs such as electrical, plumbing, carpentry and sheet rock etc.
Assists in monitoring inventory of maintenance/cleaning supplies, facilitating accurate
replacement orders
Re-key locks and cut keys as necessary
Inspects the property for safety hazards that pose a liability or potential liability
Is on-call duty for emergencies
Incorporates both safety and customer service in performance of all job duties

Skills

Must have 4-5 years of prior experience as a maintenance supervisor or manager for residential
and commercial properties.

Graduate or equivalency.

Tasks require knowledge of the following: carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, air
conditioning, etc. Sufficient experience to deal with and supervise repairs.

Must perform all work in accordance with established safety procedures.

Ability to work with all types of people and solve problems of residents in a cordial and
understanding manner.
