This Deed of Absolute Sale is made, executed and entered into by:

1 to 3 by Lot 22-C of the subd. plan; on the SW., NW., & NE., along lines 3 to 10 by Road Lot 2 (LRC) Psd-
13226 and on the E., along line 10-1 by Lot 22-E of the subdivision plan. Beginning at a point marked 1 on
plan, being S. 41 deg. 03E., 840.44 m. from LM 8, Tala Estate; thence N. 80 deg. 00W., 2.70 m. to point 2; S.
70 deg. 32W., 9.69 m. to point 3; N. 38 deg. 58W., 5.38 m. to point 4; N. 40 deg. 20 min W., 2.87 m. to point 5;

WHEREAS the BUYER has offered to buy and the SELLER has agreed to
sell and convey the above-mentioned property for the amount of

WHEREAS is hereby mutually agree that the BUYER shall bear all the
expenses for the execution and registration of this deed of sale;
 NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the sum of
