    We have reviewed it and have a few comments on


    your submission.

    Your submission was still based on general project ideas that could be implemented for the
    development of the city. At a macro level, we are satisfied with your overall proposed plan.

    We are now limiting your scope of work to the design of ONLY 3 works. We are expecting to find
    definite technical/ design solutions for a chosen work. Submit specific solutions for the
    implementation of the design work only.

    Bear in mind that you represent a design consultancy and have been approached by us since design
    is your area of expertise. Now, you should target the delivery of a complete design solution for just
    3 critical works.

    In you next deliverable we expect you to elaborate on your chosen designs. Since you would be
    providing a design solution for a particular work, it would be beneficial if you also identified the
    accompanying maintenance scheme. The design must be innovative and sustainable.
