Dear Father Joey,

Greetings of Peace!

The Parish Youth Ministry will launch another fund raising project entitled Bingo Linggo which will be
held at Kalumpang Gym this coming September 17, 2017 from 12:30 pm to 4:30 pm. This event aims to invite
other ministries especially the MSK or BEC to work with us so that our focus will not only be about the youth
but also about the whole community of St. Anthony of Padua here in Kalumpang. Our project will benefit two
of the upcoming events in our Ministry namely: Worship Night & Outreach Program.

With your approval, here is the list of things that we would like to ask for your permission for us to
make this event a successful one;

Tables and Chairs

Electric Fans Projector and White Screen

Sound System

In connection with this, we will also be asking for the parishs monetary support amounting of Three
Thousand Pesos only (Php 3,000) which will be spent on the following:

Bingo Cards
Fair
Snacks to be sold during the event for additional funds

The monetary support which will be provided will be returned and a liquidation report will follow after
the event.
 Since this is a fund-raising event, we will be selling 2,000 bingo cards which will cost Php 20.00 pesos
per card and by this, we are looking forward for a Php 40,000.00 gross sales overall. However, we would also
want to give monetary incentives for the sellers of the bingo cards wherein they could have the 10% of their
individual total sales. Now, the total net sales would be Php 37,000.00 aside from the snacks sales.

We have agreed to giveaway Php 15,000.00 worth of prizes and the amount will be coming from the
solicitation letters we will be handing to our generous parishioners and government officials as we will be
inviting their presence as well during the event. Please see below the denomination of prizes to be given:

10 x Php 500.00

1 x Php 2,000.00

1 x Php 3,000.00

1 x Php 5,000.00

Total: Php 15,000.00

In line with this, we would like to ask for the support of other ministries especially the BEC for the
selling of bingo cards, because as you know, our target for this event is for our community to have fun and
bond with each other as a family regardless of their age.

Lastly, we would like to express our sincerest gratitude for your constant unfailing support for all PYMs
projects. Your positive approval for this event will help us make our community stronger through our Lord
Jesus Christ.
