Object: Notification and Invitation for the Final Session on State Crimes Allegedly
Committed in Myanmar against the Rohingyas, Kachins and Other Groups

Dear Sir,

following the opening Session on State Crimes Allegedly committed against the
Rohingyas, Kachins and Other Groups in Myanmar which took place
in London, on 6 and 7 March 2017, the Permanent Peoples Tribunal (PPT) is honoured
to notify you in due time the convocation of the public hearings scheduled for 18-22
September in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, where the results of the investigation on the topics
included in the Indictment will be presented together with the witnesses of individual
testimonies and of expert reports.

The PPT confirms also the invitation to be present, with the right to a formal defense
according to the criteria and time which you will indicate.

A more detailed program of the contents and timing of the Session will be forwarded
to you as soon as it will be approved by the International Steering Committee and by this
General Secretariat, to whom you could refer for further information.
