Important Notification: Updation of Bank Details in your account


Dear Sir/Madam,

We thank you for choosing Kotak Securities Limited (KSL) as your Investment Partner.

We would like to inform you that SEBI vide its circular no. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD2/CIR/P/2016/95 has
informed brokers that mode of transfer for the purpose of settlement of funds can be only by way of electronic
funds transfer viz., through National Electronic Funds Transfer (NEFT), Real Time Gross Settlement (RTGS) etc.
Only in cases where electronic payment instructions have failed or have been rejected by the bank, Brokers
can issue a physical payment instrument viz Cheque, Demand Draft, Pay Order etc.

We have observed that the bank details updated by you in your account/s with us does not contain IFSC code
and hence we will not be able to make electronic funds transfer to your account. The Indian Financial System
Code (also known as IFSC) is a unique 11 character code for identifying the bank and branch in which an account
is held. The IFSC code is used for the purpose of NEFT, RTGS etc.

Hence we request you to update the IFSC code in your bank details or update the details of any other Bank
account which has IFSC code in your trading code with us latest by 30th JUNE, 2017.

Please note that in case you fail to update the bank details to us by 30/06/2017, we may not be able to make
seamless funds transfer to you for the purpose of settlement. This may cause inconvenience to you as your
payout will be delayed.

For updating the IFSC code/bank details, please submit the duly filled and signed KRA modification Form to
your nearest branch. Path for the KRA modification form given below.
