Planned restoration on (date) Friday 23 June 2017 This switching programme shall be updated immediately after each instruction has been given,
operation carried out, or document issued. The Control Engineer shall record the time at which

out he shall record the time the last operation was performed. The operator shall record the
time an instruction is received and the time each operation is carried out, together with his
initials. When safety documents are issued details should be entered below. The date should
only be recorded against the first operation after a change of date.
