Please be reminded with the information below:

UNIVERSITY SUPERVISOR VISIT

1. Identify your respected university supervisor from the attached list
2. Establish contact with the university supervisor for visit arrangement
3. Ensure that your company supervisor is around during the visit
4. During the visit, you are required:
to prepare the power point presentation on your task/duty/etc during the
internship.
to fill in the student feedback form that will be provided by the respected university
supervisor.

INTRA REPORT WRITING

1. You are required only to do the comb binding copy
2. Attached is the cover report to be include with the report - blue is for degree, green is for
diploma

3. Do print out the attached cover report in colour printed form.
