Hostel Facilities: You have been offered hostel facility for the first academic year of the program.
Continuation of hostel facility in subsequent years will be as per the Hostel Guidelines. Amity University
Rajasthan is happy to announce that the campus is fully residential and hostel is compulsory for all
outstation students.

Your admission shall be subject to the following:
I. You have been selected for admission in the above-mentioned category.
II. Submission of full proof of documentary evidence in original of your possessing minimum
educational qualification i.e. 60% in PCM and pass in all the subjects of class XII (excluding
physical education/fine arts/performing arts/vocational/non written subjects) from a recognized Board.
In case of foreign academic documents/certificates/marksheets, written confirmation from Association
of Indian Universities (AIU) for Equivalence of Degree will be required.
III. In aggregate percentage Physical Education / Fine Arts / Performing Arts / vocational / non written
subjects will only be considered for respective disciplines.
IV. This admission will be taken as Provisional Basis until Verification of Last Education Proof.
Please bring with you originals of all documents/certificates along with their attested photocopies in support
of your date of birth, educational/ other qualifications on the day of reporting for the programme.
V. Submission of Enrolment Confirmation Form duly signed by you and your parent/guardian.
VI. The Academic fee, security and processing fee is to be remitted by way of a Pay Order/Demand Draft
in favour of Amity University Rajasthan drawn on any Bank in Jaipur. Hostel fee and security is to be
remitted by way of a Pay Order/Demand Draft in favour of Amity Hostel Fee drawn on any Bank in
Jaipur.
VII. Payment of Total First Fee Installment (including hostel fee and security in a separate draft) latest by
01st June 2015 as per the details given above with photocopy of your complete Selection letter at
Amity Jaipur City Office, 14, Gopal Bari, Ajmer Road, Jaipur-302001.
4. If due to any reason, you do not join or withdraw or do not produce proof of minimum qualification, your
admission will stand cancelled and the fee deposited will be forfeited except the Security Deposit.
5. You are required to report at Amity University Rajasthan, Amity Education Valley, NH-11C, Jaipur on
04th Aug 2015 at 10:00 A.M.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ADMISSION

1. Agreement Clause: All successful candidates shall be bound by the following mentioned Terms and Conditions of Amity

2. 2.1. Cancellation of Admission: Amity reserves its right to cancel the admission of successful candidate under any of the
following circumstances:-

(a) If the fees is not deposited by the stipulated date.

(b) If the candidate does not join the particular programme by the stipulated date even though the Fee
has been deposited.
(c) If the candidate fails to furnish the proof of the stipulated minimum qualifications.
2.2. Provision of Non Refund of Fees under Clause 6 will also apply in cases under Clauses 2.1 (b) and (c).

3. Degree: The Award of Degree shall be as per prevailing law.

4. Jurisdiction: Any dispute pertaining to admission, or any matter as a student or alumnus of Amity shall be subjected to the
jurisdiction of the Delhi Court Only.
5. Limitation Clause: No dispute shall be raised after the expiry of 30 days from the date on which the process of admission
and/or selection is completed.
6. Non-refund of fees: All fees once paid are not refundable for any reason whatsoever. Only Security Deposit will be refunded
after making necessary adjustments as required.
7. Right of Alteration/Modification:
(a) Management reserves its right to alter or modify the structure of any of the programs to attain the
objective of excellence.
(b) Amity reserves its right to change the Fee.
(c) Amity reserves its right to modify, alter and/or include any other Terms and Conditions that may be
deemed fit in the interest of the Institution
