This LICENSING AGREEMENT is made the Saturday 12th of August, 2017 .

Mamatierra (hereinafter called "the Producer")

AND: (hereinafter called "the Performer")

IT IS HEREBY AGREED AS FOLLOWS:

The Producer grants the Performer rights to use the following backing tracks and/or Tabs/scores purchased from
www.worldmusictracks.com for the purpose of live performance:

Products Detail

1. Vivencia Imaginadas,
2. Roma,
3. Limon De Nata,
4. Tangos Del Arco Bajo,
5. Bolero De Vincente,
6. Tres Notas Para Decir Te Quiero,
7. Paseo De Gracia,
8. Entre Dos Aguas (Original),
9. Tico Tico,
10. Rio De Ancho,

Restrictions:
1. The Performer may use the track for performance purposes only and must seek an additional license from
WorldMusicTracks to make audio recordings.The performer may use the tabs/scores for private study. The licensee of
the backing tracks and/or tabs may not transfer the license herein given to any third parties without written permission
from Wordlmusictracks.com.

2. The Performer may not swap, give away, loan, rent, lease, transfer (including any type of modem
transmission), dispose of or allow the data to be distributed in any manner which could damage
www.worldmusictracks.com.

3. The Performer may not make commercial audio backing tracks, including Karaoke type products, made in
whole or part from the backing tracks.

4. The Performer may not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the backing tracks.

5. The Performer may not make samples or loops from the tracks, nor use any part of the track by itself for any purpose.

6. The Performer may not use the backing tracks, in whole or in part, to record other compositions other than
the original piece of music each track was created for.

7. The Performer may post a video on YouTube using the backing tracks but a link must be provided to the
WorldMusicTracks site in the following manner: Backing track/s at www.worldmusictracks.com. Additional links
for the Performers site, or other related sites, may also be posted on the video.

These Terms shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, Australian law. The parties irrevocably

agree that the courts of Australia shall (subject to the paragraph below) have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any
dispute that may arise out of, under, or in connection with these Terms or the relationship established by them.
"World Music Tracks" shall retain the right to bring proceedings as to the substance of the matter in the courts of
the country of your residence or, where these Terms are entered into in the course of your trade or profession,
the country of your principal place of business.
