Objectives:
Ethics is an essential part in all walks of life. This course focuses on aspects to explore & boost different
approaches to ethical problems in professionalism. Ethical principles provide the frame of reference for
ethical behavior for all legal professionals, enhance the perception of harmonization and create a gauge to
balance and counter ethical dilemmas in day-to-day life.

Outcomes:
After completion of the course, students would be able to:

1. Acquaint with the conceptual and operational parameters of various ethical principles relating to
professional ethical dilemmas.
2. Equip with the concepts of Advocate Act, so as to enable the advocates enrolled in the Bar to
understand what they should and should not do.
3. Identify and illustrate relevant theoretical & practical approaches analogous to professional ethics
in legal field.
