I have over 10 years of hands-on work experience in UX leadership,
design and research for Enterprise SaaS solutions. The past 5 years I
have been a cognitive designer. I practice design thinking and base
design decisions on insights, user needs and business goals.

used to solve critical issues. It also gives the users the ability to
communicate with a cognitive agent within a group setting.

Facilitated Design Aligns A design align is where we gather the project

team to one location and identify personas, as-is and to-be scenarios
among other activities. This is the kick off of the project.

Facilitating a cognitive team I brought together a select group of

researchers and a visual designer (from different locations) to research
What it means to be cognitive.

Exploratory designs During a project I schedule time where we gather

the design team to do exploratory design work. I use research we
conducted earlier on in the project to guide the team in rethinking
concepts.
