Checking Construction
Drawings and implementing the same as per method statement and Objectives.
Performing various QA/QC functions and duties during civil construction, like getting the
Consultant for inspections, for each and individual activities, ensure the approval
before preceding the next activities, Monitor, and ensure compliance of works as per
contact specifications, Site quality documentations, Materials inspections, testing of site
activities. Coordination with Clients, Contractors, Sub contractors, consultants and
dealing with authorities. Giving Training to supervisors, foremen and labors according to
the safety Management. Attending Technical meetings with consultants, contractors to
resolve design and site issues. Attending weekly progress meeting with P.M and
planning for the next week activities. To make sure implementation of the work,
managing all records and giving reports to manager
