PS report : S_ALR_87013558 Commitment value not getting update for deleted PO line item

Hi All,

We are facing issue on STD report(Report Painter) on PS module .

Report name : S_ALR_87013558 [Budget/Actual/Commitmt/Rem.Plan/Assg ]

Issue : Commitment values are not getting updated when i delete the PO line items .

Ex :

For WBS " M-455-01-01-05 " i am creating PO with 2 lines ( each 100$ ).

Once created the PO i can see the 200$ in report - commitment column. but if delete the one of my
row in PO (ex : line 1 ) , then my report should show only 100$. but my report is showing 200$.

I have gone through the following SAPnote : 1746429 - How to correct commitment
inconsistencies.but this one also not help full.

SAPnote : 1746429 Resolution

1. Please run report RKANBU01 for the incorrect projects in question, this will update any incorrect
commitments. Further details can be found in note 152571.

2. After running the reports above, please run report RKACOR04 as this will correct any problems
between the line item tables and the total record tables.

3. After running the above reports, please run transaction code CJEN for all the projects as this is very
important so that the database gets updated.

4. Finally run report CJBN which rebuilds the availability control for each project.
If anybody help me out for this case .?

We are experiencing the same problem, commitments are still showing on S_ALR_87013558 even
though the line items have been delete off the purchase req.

I have ran Y_RKANBU01; Y_RKACOR04; and CJEN but the report does not get updated. Have you
found a solution?
