(Construction of Flood Control)

ILG ENTERPRISES will mobilize and take the possession of the site located at Sta. Maria Laguna to
bring the equipment and materials needed for the project. Project Engineer will also be there together
with laborers for the construction of project billboards, field office and barracks within the first week, to
become their temporary shelter and warehouse for materials at the site during construction of the
project. After this preparation we will start clearing and grubbing to remove all unnecessary things that
are not needed to the construction of the project to avoid delaying construction. Using crane and drop
hammer the operator will hit the sheet pile(steel) located at the right place according to the plan to
penetrate the soil for the structure to become firm and stable. After pile installation we will make form
around, for the embankment of boulders and compacting it using plate compactor to lessen the void
under the ground, and at the top of the boulders we will installing steel reinforcement, pouring concrete
and rubble concrete.

CONSTRUCTION METHODOLOGY
(Two(2) Storey Multi purpose Building)

ILG ENTERPRISES will mobilize and take the possession of the site located at Brgy. Pook, Pila
Laguna to bring the equipment and materials needed for the project. Project Engineer will also be there
together with laborers for the construction of project billboards, field office and barracks within the first
week, to become their temporary shelter and warehouse for materials at the site during construction of
the project. After this preparation we will start clearing and grubbing to remove all unnecessary things
that are not needed to the construction of the project to avoid delaying construction. When the site was
cleared we will start to layout the ground according to the plan and the laborers will excavate it. When
the excavation was done we will install steel reinforcement, electrical roughing-in and pouring mix
concrete for the foundation and wall concreting. After that, roof installation is our next target including
truss and ceiling. After the project we will demobilize all tools and equipment.
