APPLICATIONS
The MC 801, MC 803 and MC 805 microphones are comprised of the transformerless CV 800 pre-amp and the
CK 1 (omnidirectional), CK 3 (cardioid) or CK 5 (supercardioid) capsules. The microphones have been primarily
designed for studio applications.
The CV 800 has a 3-pin XLR-plug and can be connected to all microphone inputs supplying 11 - 52 volts phantom
power.
The quick-fit connector assembly ensures the CK 1, CK 3 and CK 5 capsules are simply attached onto the CV 800
pre-amp with little effort. A rubber insulation ring around the capsule allows an elastic seating on the pre-amp
and helps to eliminate footfall noise.
