- To reduce the risk of electric shock, install this inverter in a temperature and humidity controlled indoor
area free of conductive contaminants. Ambient temperature must not exceed 50oC (122oF).
- The AC output of the inverter need a disconnect switch such as a breaker which has to be provided by
others.
- The over-current protection for the output AC circuit has to be provided by others. All of our inverter has an
electronic protection of AC output short circuit.
- The following precautions should be observed when working on inverter:
Remove watches, rings, or other metal objects.
Use tools with insulated handles.
Wear rubber gloves and boots.
- The AC input of the inverter needs a readily accessible disconnected device and shall be incorporated in the
building installation wiring.
- Do not plug appliances, such as half bridge rectified load, into the inverter receptacles.
- Do not operate if the unit is leaking liquid or if a white powdery residue is present.
- Elevated operating ambient temperature: If installed in a closed or multi-unit rack assembly, the operating
ambient temperature of the rack environment may be greater than room ambient. Therefore, consideration
should be given to installing the equipment in an environment compatible with the manufacturers
maximum rated ambient temperature.
- Reduced air flow: Installation of the equipment in a rack should be such that the amount of air flow required
for safe operation of the equipment is not compromised.
- Mechanical loading: Mounting of the equipment in the rack should be such that a hazardous condition is not
achieved due to uneven mechanical loading.
- Circuit overloading: Consideration should be given to the connection of the equipment to the supply circuit
and the effect that overloading of circuits might have on over-current protection and supply wiring.
Appropriate consideration of equipment nameplate ratings should be used when addressing this concern.
- Reliable earthing: Reliable earthing of rack-mounted equipment should be maintained. Particular attention
should be given to supply connection other than direct connections to the branch circuit.
- Connect the equipment to a 48Vdc SELV source.

PROTECTIVE GROUNDING TERMINAL: A terminal, which must be connected to earth ground
prior to making any other connection to the equipment.

ON/OFF buttons:
Power switch for turning on or turning off the inverter.
Once inverter has been turned on, the ON button works as an On-Line <=> Off-Line mode switching
button.
LED Display:
INVERTER ON Indicates the INVERTER has been turned on and works normally (output is available).
OVERLOAD Means that the inverter is overload or output short circuit.
DC ABNORMAL Means that the input DC voltage is abnormal
FAULT : Indicates that there are some faults happened to the inverter.

2-5 Accessories
1. Mounting ear * 2 pairs; one pair for 19 and the other pair for 23/25.
2. M4 screw for mounting ear * 12 pieces.
3. RS-232 cable * 1 piece.
3. OPERATION
3-1 Connecting to the input power
Turning off the DC breaker before connecting the DC voltage to the input terminal. Sparks will burst if
the breaker is on when connecting the input DC voltage. This is normal condition due to the charging
current drawing from DC voltage charges the internal capacitor of inverter.
Be sure to turn on the breaker on the front panel after connecting the input DC power to input terminal of
inverter.
Remove some uncritical loads if the total loads exceed the capacity of inverter.
3-3 Front panel operation of system is conducts using the following sequence
of operation
1. Make sure that installation has been carried out correctly. When the breaker is turned on or the utility input is
available, the LCD of the inverter displays the following message
SYSTEM IS AT
ON-LINE MODE
SYSTEM IS AT
OFF-LINE MODE
2. Press the ON button (and release in 1~10 seconds) to start the system power. (if you press the on key less
than 1 seconds or more than 10 seconds , CPU will not enable to prevent miss-pressing). The inverter is in
normal condition when the following message appears on the LCD screen:

Connect the DC input voltage before turn on the breaker on the front panel.
Using the following cables when connecting power source to the inverter.
4-3 Maintenance
Make sure that the ventilators on the inverter are not blocked.
Use a vacuum cleaner to get rid of any dust that may rest on the opening of the fan.
When cleaning the case or front panel, only use a soft, dry cloth. If the case or front panel is very dirty,
use a neutral, non-abrasive detergent. Do not use alcohol or ammonia based solutions.
Ask qualified service engineer to check the entire system periodically. Such when moving your
inverter, always handle it with care.
Avoid spilling liquid on the Inverter.

6. COMMUNICATION
6-1 RS-232 Communication Port
The RS-232 communication port provides the following features:
1)Provide Fault, DC abnormal, Overload, and Inverter Fail etc.
2)Monitor and display output voltage, output load, input dc voltage and temperature.
3)With software application in PC, provides scheduled on/off function for inverter.
Inverter data will be transmitted at 2400 baud rate and is made up of 8 bit, 1 stop bit, and no parity bit. All the
