In connection with the CONSTRUCTION/INSTALLATION OF POTABLE WATER

SYSTEM LEVEL II AT BRGY. SAN ANTONIO, KALAYAAN, LAGUNA please be informed that
the project is 35% completed as of March 31, 2014. In this connection we would like to
request for the inspection of the said project on April 02, 2014 at 10:00 a.m for billing
purposes.
