II. Project Objectives

1. To orient the pupils on personal hygiene and sanitation.
2. To provide personal hygiene kit to kindergarten and grade I pupils.

III. Project Documentation

MinSCAT Bongabong Campus conducted the Orientation on Personal Hygiene and

Sanitation as part of their Extension Program. The participants of this activity are the 90
kindergarten pupils and 91 grade I pupils. The School Nurse from MinSCAT discussed the
different ways on how to use the personal hygiene kit provided to each pupil.

a. Title: Seminar Workshop on Campus Journalism
b. Date: October1, 15 and 22, 2016 (during Saturdays)
c. Location: MinSCAT Bongabong Campus
d. No. of Participants: 35 grade V and VI pupils
e. Total Budget: 16,972.00

II. Project Objectives

1. To develop the skills of pupils in campus journalism.
2. To create campus paper.

III. Project Documentation

The school requested from MinSCAT Bongabong Campus through the initiative of
School Campus Journalism Coordinator and approved by the School Principal to conduct a
seminar workshop on Campus Journalism. Our request was granted because they offer the
seminar workshop on campus journalism to be held at MinSCAT Mini Hostel for three
Saturdays (October 1, 15 and 22). It was participated by 35 grade V and VI selected pupils.
Each pupil was provided with training kit.

a. Title: COMPUTER LITERACY COURSE
b. Date: October 1, 15 and 22, 2016 (during Saturdays)
c. Location: MinSCAT Bongabong Campus
d. Participants: 50 Grade VI pupils
e. Total Budget: Php 17, 032.00

II. Project Objectives

1. To provide basic computer literacy to grade six pupils.
2. To develop basic computer skills of grade six pupils.

III. Project Documentation

The school requested from MinSCAT Bongabong Campus through the initiative of the
School ICT Coordinator and approved by the School Principal to conduct the Basic Computer
Literacy for Grade VI pupils. MinsCAT responded to our request and they offered the
Computer Literacy Course as part of their Extension Program. It was held at MinSCAT
computer laboratory during Saturdays from 8 am.-5 pm. The participants of this activity are
the 50 grade six pupils of M. Abante MES.

The school requested from MinSCAT Bongabong Campus through the initiative
of the School ICT Coordinator and approved by the School Principal to conduct the Basic
Computer Literacy for Teachers. MinsCAT responded to our request and they offered the
Computer Literacy Course as part of their Extension Program . It was held at MinSCAT
computer laboratory during Saturdays from 8 am.-5 pm. The participants of this activity
are the 26 teachers of M. Abante MES.
