April 1988 - October 1990 Sahara Travel Agency


I had worked for this agency for the period mentioned as a counter sales agent where I had
learned the basics of the travel industry and its related issues i.e. ticketing, reservation and
some accounting.

May 1991 - October 1993 Egypt Air


During this period, I was holding the position of Traffic officer at the airport attending all the
flights and performing the customer service duties, in addition I worked as a reservation and
ticketing agent during the off flights time.

June 1995 - December 1996 Sanadiki Travel Services


I was holding a position of tours co-ordinator and handling groups. As Sanadiki Travel
Services became then the General Sales Agent for British Airways in Syria, I helped the staff
as I know the BABS system and later on I was chosen to work as a dedicated sales agent for
British Airways.

January 1997 - 2000 British Airways - Sales Executive


I had worked since this date in such a position, earning the experience of BA and promoting
its good products in the Syrian market.

Even though this period was the hardest to all airlines, but we had stand for all the obstacles
and worked very hard and achieved good results.

The 2 years 2002- 2004 I was requested from the Ministry of Tourism to teach :

I work with IFRC/SARC as a Logistics & Mobilization Officer for both Multilateral &
Bilateral shipments, procurement process, inspection, stock take, & management.
I do the quality assurance for the samples of the items coming for the tenders as well.
Since 01Jun14 Syrian Arab Red Crescent (SARC) had implemented Logic system at Tartous
warehouse main hubs & I became Logic system administrator.
