Preventive and Corrective Maintenance of beverage bottling line components and
their peripheral systems i.e.
Operations, working principles, maintenance and repairs - Studied bottle filling
equipment such as filler, conveying system, bottle washer, bottle inspection, crate
washer, palletiser, packer, unpacked, variopac, blow moulder and labeller - both in
glass and PET lines.
Advanced training and experience in synchronous motors; electrical and control
circuits, motor starting and speed control (Soft Starters, Variable speed drives and
servo drives).
Advanced training and experience bearing and lubrication, basic training on
automation technologies such as Siemens PLCs and Industrial Networking technologies
such as Profibus, ASiBus and Industrial Ethernet this included configuration,
